If the MP Drivers were not installed correctly, uninstall the MP Drivers, restart your computer, and then reinstall the MP Drivers. I have tried every possible thing I can think of and cannot install the printer driver for the Canon Selphy CP910 printer on my Dell Inspiron laptop running Windows 8.1 (64). I have tried to install it with compatibility mode as it will install on my wife's Windows 7 computer. I have turned off my anti virus and firewall.
